Q: Where do I pick up the rented vehicle?
We will be patiently waiting for you with a sign and your name on it after customs. The vehicle will be parked at the airport parking lot; where we will walk together, fill out the contract and insurance forms and you will be on your way.
Q: Where do I have to go to return the vehicle?
For the return of the vehicle, we will be waiting for you at your scheduled departure destination at the unloading zone of your airline. We will help you to unload your luggage and we will take care of the rest. As you can see we help you to avoid any sort of inconvenience or loss of time
Q: In case of accident, what should I do?
It’s the Law that under any accident to call 911 and report to the authorities, they will be able to help you with any injuries. A police report is needed for the insurance to cover the damages.
Q: Do all the cars have insurance?
Yes, all of them have complete insurance.
Q: What is the minimum age to be able to rent a car?
You have to be at least 21 years old, to be able to rent a car.
Q: Until what age, are kids required to sit in a child safety seat or a booster seat?
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has made changes in the Florida Child Restraint Law. Beginning January 1, 2015, children age 5 and under will be required to sit in a child safety seat or a booster seat rather than only being buckled in a seatbelt.
